Today I went to the famous Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Piat — a meaningful and peaceful place many people visit to pray and give thanks. Walking inside, seeing the high ceiling, the altar, and the image of Jesus above, the atmosphere feels so calm and holy.
Outside, the church building itself is beautiful, with its classic design, tall bell tower, and wide grounds. There were many other devotees around, some walking, some buying goods outside, all gathered here for the same purpose: faith and devotion.
